The inaugural Canterbury Spring Ball is Christchurch's major networking event for the 25-40 year old age group. It's new, it's fresh and it's the best way to get to know people whether you're single or not!
For kiwis returning home from the worldwide recession, this is the perfect excuse to celebrate being home and to establish new contacts – both personal and professional.
This sophisticated black and white themed ball will be held in the heart of the cultural city precinct at the iconic and architecturally designed Christchurch Art Gallery from 8pm on October 17th 2009.
Guests will dance the night away to music from renowned Christchurch covers band ‘The New Entrants’ and a talented classic jazz band from CPIT. They will be wowed by amazing performances from an array of creative artists including street performers and circus acts.
Canapés will be served throughout the evening with open bar until 12am, all of which is included in the ticket price of course!
A percentage of ticket sales will be donated to The Catwalk Trust. The CatWalk Trust is dedicated to raising funds to support the body of scientific opinion which says a cure for Spinal Cord Injury will be found. Richie McCaw, Zara Phillips and Mark Todd are patrons of this worthy cause.
